Hotel Iris - Only Adults - El Arenal (Mallorca)

do recommend because i enjoyed it and didn't want to say goodbye. everything was good, the service was terrific. the food was brilliant and outstanding, included cereals and fruit.

The breakfast offered was great with sausages, beans, toast. The room we booked was lovely and quiet with kids sharing. The location of the hotel was good and magnificent - just a short walk away from Mega Park Nightclub. The airport was 10 km away.

We did not want to leave there, recommend. By and large, it was a decent place for sightseeing in El Arenal. 3. Had much fun and met professional and lively staff from the maids and dining room staff. 4. the room met the purpose, well furnished and exceptionally clean. 5. the location was marvelous, not very far from Port of El Arenal.

The breakfast is worth paying for. It is close to the beach and reataurants. And it is clean. A perfect hotels for friends who are on holiday to mainly party. Not good if you want a good night sleep.

It had no aircondition which was a problem. If you har the balcony door open you could hear the other guest to well. There were guests having parties both late at night and in the early morning. The nightwatch could have shown himself more often at the pool/balcony area.

Also near the beach. Aqualand el arenal was situated just 1 mile away. There was a sunny balcony in my room

Good value for money, nice room with balcony and pool view, efficient air conditioning, helpful staff, close proximity to beach.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Location is near to the sea.

Payment in advance(at the time of check-in). Dirty rooms (it looked liked our room was not cleaned and during staying they have not changed the towels, toilet paper and the bed sheets). Awful smell inside the room and from outside as well. Extremely noisy. The stuff poorly knows foreign languages. We asked to wake up us in order to catch our early flight, and they havent done it, because they read incorrectly the room number while it was written on their paper.

The rooms were clean and the reception was nice. Pay for the breakfast, it was worth it...

Pool hours...the pool opened at 12 and closed at 19...we really wanted to jacuzi at night, but it was closed. Also a pre-breakfast swim would have been nice.

This place is conveniently located, just a short 10-minute walk from the Aqualand and 15 minutes from the bus stop.

Useless pool

Considering how affordable it was this was a great deal. Sat one building behind the sea front meant I couldn't here the promenade pubs at night but was only a very short walk for pre breakfast swims. Buffet breakfast was a handy top up for the day. As was balcony for an evening break between things. Asked for a sea view and got one.

Wifi bit slow and air con was a big fan, which was just about adequate. Parked easily everyday for free but was 150m further up the slope off the beach. Hammock or somthing soft like a bean bag to sit on in room would have been nice. Although on a short break your barely in it.

This hotel was practically next to the beach and close to everything. The facilities were clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was good and the hotel had parking available.

The hotel is located in an area close to the beach, which makes it very convenient for a Christmas getaway. the room was cleaned daily by the staff which is a plus, and the breakfast and dinner served were delightful. the pool area is well-maintained and looked beautiful. Finally, the hotel's location offers easy access to local amenities and shopping facilities.

The noise level of the hotel corridors was quite high during late hours, which made it hard to get quality sleep. the surrounding area seemed a bit rundown, which might not be desirable for some visitors.
